What is your typical process for a new project?

We start with a call to understand what you actually need — not a requirements document, a real conversation. I'll map out the architecture, share a proposal with timeline and cost, and once we're aligned, I build in weekly sprints. You get a staging link from day one so you can see progress as it happens.

How long does a typical project take?

A landing page or marketing site: 1–2 weeks. An MVP with auth, dashboard, and API: 4–6 weeks. A full SaaS product: 6–10 weeks depending on complexity. I'll give you a realistic timeline upfront — not an optimistic one.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes — I offer monthly retainers for ongoing development, bug fixes, and feature work. I don't disappear after launch. Most of my clients started as one-off projects and turned into long-term partnerships.

What's your tech stack?

Next.js, React, TypeScript on the frontend. Node.js or serverless on the backend. PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM for data. OpenAI and custom LLM integrations for AI features. Deployed on Vercel or AWS depending on the project.

Can you take over a project another developer started?

Yes, I do this regularly. I'll audit the codebase, tell you honestly what's salvageable and what needs a rewrite, and give you a plan with a cost estimate. Sometimes a refactor makes sense, sometimes starting fresh is cheaper — I'll be straight with you about it.
